Shipping & Tracking

Your orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1 week after purchase. In order to keep shipping prices at a minimum, the standard shipping option does not include tracking. If you require tracking, the "shipping with tracking" option is available at checkout. If you require express shipping or insurance please contact me prior to placing your order and this can be organized. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide refunds for orders. The exception to this is if an order is placed in an AusPost suspended region. Exchanges may be made if there are any noticeable flaws on the item received, however this will be considered case-by-case.

Additional Charges

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for local taxes once an order is placed. Some regions (eg some European companies) will charge recipients local taxes upon pickup - if you want a refund because you don’t want to pay local taxes we can only do so (minus shipping) once we receive the items back undamaged. Elise Yumiko will not be collecting or remitting VAT taxes or import charges and therefore the customer will be responsible.
